4. Data Processing

By connecting advertising platforms to Skewix, you authorize us to access and process your marketing data solely for the purpose of providing reconciliation services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Limitation of Liability

Skewix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
